How do you say ‘Happy Cinco de Mayo!’ in Spanish? With your mouth, dummy! God, must I point out every simple answer to you people? Ok, you cal also use ASL, just as you could use Semaphore flags, morse-code or smoke signals.

Seriously though… in Spanish the word for happy is “feliz.”
