Ringo Starr Turns 70!!!

I love Ringo Starr… there I said it. Tied for first place as my Favorite Beatle, along with George Harrison and John Lennon, I thank God daily for Ringo and pray, pray, pray that Paul goes first. Jesus, let Ringo Starr be the last Beatle Standing, if thou art truly merciful. otherwise, Paul will download his brain into the evil robot-body he’s no doubt currently having built, and then re-write all Beatle History for ever and ever, unto the death of stars… or until people stop doing covers of “Pretty Woman,” whichever comes first.

I mean, I really like Ringo Starr. And today is his 70th Birthday! And all he wants for his birthday is for us all to say “Peace and Love” at 12 noon, while making the peace-sign with our fingers. Does this take time-zones into consideration? Ortherwise, it’s a little late here. oh well, belated birthday wishes are better than none, and wishes for peace and love are as universal as they are necessary these days. Sod it
