Patriots roar back and defeat NY Jets 37 – 16

Order has been restored to the football universe. The New England Patriots are now back in first place in the AFC East, with a head-to-head tiebreaker advantage over the rival NY Jets. All week the NY media rode the Pats and predicted that the Jets would run them over like a truck. No such luck, as the Patriots sacked Mark Sanchez five times, recovered fumbles and ran back interceptions for touchdowns in an all-in-all complete dismantling of their big apple rivals.
